Sankthans evening, or midsummer night as it is called in many other countries, is an event in Dragør not to be missed.
It is an intense evening where life buzzes at the port of Dragør or at one of the many other campfires along the coast.
The fire is lit approx. 22 pm. by kayaks.
It is a beautiful sight to see all the bonfires along the coast especially north of the harbor and also the bonfires on the other side of the Sound - in Sweden.
There is a bar in the harbor with subsequent outdoor disco, and the local young people meet and party.
There are also bonfires at Dragør Fort and at Sylten.
